Career has been, and continues to be my focus. Reading, as a hobby led to expressing my thoughts into words and then began a journey of thoughts, words and expressions. My writings are therefore a reflection of my observations and experiences of life.

There are immense benefits of solitude. Apart from being a means of communication within and self development, it creates a perfect background for focus and imagination. I didn’t have to go in search of solitude, which came fortuitously due to a career move to Dubai. The outcome of this solitude is two novels, a travelogue, and several articles on Management and Leadership.
